The purpose of the scholarship program is to provide financial support for students with accepted papers at AAAI INT Spring 2009, to enable them to travel to the symposium. To be eligible for support you must be
a) be registered as a full-time graduate student.
b) be explicitly listed as an author of a paper accepted for AAAI INT (full or short)
You will need to provide your participation details for AAAI INT 09 as well as a pdf with a (scanned) letter certifying that you are indeed registered as a full time student. This letter should carry the letterhead of your institution, and must be signed by your supervisor/ thesis advisor. Please send in email with your application letter to int2@cc.gatech.edu. The deadline for submitting student scholarship applications is Jan 25th, 2009. We will contact all applicants to let them know the outcome as soon as possible. If an award is made, the final reimbursement request would be sent to AAAI. The recipients need to submit their original receipts, totaling the amount of the award, to AAAI, 445 Burgess Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025, after the symposium. AAAI will then issue checks to the recipients
