October 3: Papers are due to Symposia Organizers
November 7: Acceptance/rejection notices are mailed out by symposia organizers, along with instructions on how to prepare the technical reports/working notes.
December 8-12: Web registration form and information is available.
January 16, 2009:
1. Accepted authors fax signed "Distribute License" forms to 650-321-4457 and mail original to:

February 6, 2009: Participant early registration deadline.
