RTI Implementation

A Runtime Infrastructure (RTI) is effectively a distributed operating system that implements services for realizing federated distributed simulation systems. RTI-Kit is a set of libraries that can be used to construct new RTIs or to enhance existing ones. It includes a collection of libraries for implementing key functions such as time management and data distribution.
