The stop condition tells the CQ system when the query should end. In other words, how long is the user going to be interested in this information. Bibliographic queries are probably long term in nature, so you may consider setting the stop condition for one year or more.

If you have set the stop condition for too long a period of time, and the information ceases to be useful, you can always remove the query later.
