Wildfire: intelligent telephone agent

Spurred by a report on ABC world news recently (they had
interesting demos of its capabilities) I looked up
www.wildfire.com which is marketing a speech recognizing
anthropomorphic telephone agent that acts like
a secretary. This service is expected to be available as an
add-on option much like call waiting through your local
bell soon. Worth a look.
