o Talked about the Project Plan, and we need to determine what deliverables
we will have at the end of the quarter
o The Project Plan should be revised, reflecting what our priorities are
in terms of deliverables and functionality, the entry and exit criteria
for these, and who is working on it.
o The times on the Project plan should be revised to reflect the
precise activities we are working on (TIGER/Line, GPS, Camera, etc)
o The projected times several weeks ahead can be skipped for now. The
actual times spent should also be added.
o A summary of how the TIGER/Line data works was given. There is no
provision for minor buildings (such as restaurants, gas stations, etc).
Rental cars, however, do have these things in them.
o Discussed what our overall aim should be, either a contractor or a
group selling an innovative system
