Virus Detection and Removal
1. Anti-viral Agent detects infection.
2. Agent determines source and destination(s) of infected file through the sent mail records.
3. Agent is dispatched to other infected hosts.
4. Anti-viral Agent searches for the named infected file.
5. If found, Agent notifies appropriate user(s) of infection and (if desired) automatically disinfects.
6. Agent searches for earlier sources and other destinations and dispatches to other infected hosts.
7. After completing the disinfection, Agent returns to original host, and delivers a report of copies found, and the original source, and the spread of the virus.
