Coordinates part is -
- A non-orthogonal grid
- Variable spacing in each direction
- Specified by coordinate locations for each node
- Dimensionality of computational space and physical
space can be different
Examples:
- output from computational fluid dynamics calculation
- body-mapped coordinate system
