This module rotates, zooms, and/or mirrors an image. The zoom factor in the X and Y dimensions may be specified independently.

The rotation is specified in degrees counter-clockwise, which is the reverse of the direction used in the CompassImg modules.

The point sampling can be slower than ZoomImg.
