WWW pages are all set

Hello, Reverse groupers. The WWW page for the reverse engineering
group is now in production, as well as the news archive and the
index to the file repository. The URL for it is
<URL:http://www.cc.gatech.edu/reverse/>. This has the Hello, world!
page, slightly updated to include links to the file repository index
which is now marked up and at
<URL:http://www.cc.gatech.edu/reverse/repos.html>. I've also updates
the hypertext newsgroup archive, and you can get to it via either
the newsgroup.h include file from the home page or at
<URL:http://www.cc.gatech.edu/reverse/news/nasa-jpl>.
