• Summary of Accomplishments:

  • Somewhat functional JNI Client on NT and SGI
  • Plan to Develop other Programming Interfaces
  • Recommendations for the direction of the project

• Problems Encountered this Quarter:

  • Problem with SGI
  • Problem with Agents not appearing in Viewer
  • Problem with Network Receive Error (0): No Error
  • Problem with Overflowing Network Event Queue
  • Trouble coordinating with people in other groups and others

• Plan of Activities for Next Quarter:

  Upon completion of the Java Native Interface, the other programming interfaces should be completed in about a weeks time (2-3 weeks, if you include necessary testing and documentation).

  The real focus of the Class View should be as follows:

  1. Make Sure VRM project stays on goal of producing a product that is beneficial to the student
  2. Make Projects for each classes/language interface
  3. Coordinate with TA's about possible testing.
  4. Coordinate with TA's about what can be added to the project to make it more beneficial to the students.
