CERCS now has its own technical report series. It's quite simple, since it's all web-driven. See: http://www.cercs.gatech.edu/tech-reports Submit unpublished work, extended versions of papers, presentations and posters prepared for industry partners, etc. You will receive a CERCS TR number via email, after the document has been submitted. Follow the 'Submit a Tech Report' link to submit a document. Fill out the form, and upload a document which has been previously named properly (i.e. FirstnameLastname.Extension). note: If you are submitting more than one document at a time, please *index their names*. I think this will be an easy way to protect your intellectual property. Let me know if there are any problems you encounter.
