The Center for Accessible Technology in Sign (CATS) is a joint project between the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf and the Georgia Institute of Technology. CATS is dedicated to providing accessibility to learning via sign language. CATS' goal is to enhance language, literacy and general world knowledge by providing tools which make text, captions, video, web pages, and multimedia accessible to deaf users, particularly children.

The Electric Language, Learning, and Literacy Factory is the place for deaf children to be for signed video, books, and tools that make media accessible. Several of our CATS tools are there as well as access to DeafPlanet. Bring the kids, they want to come back often. |
