  1. Do you ever get bored in class?
  2. Are you ever confused in class?
  3. If you answered yes to 1 or 2: Have you ever spoken to the instructor about it during class?
  4. Would you speak up more if it could be done anonymously?
  5. Would having an easy method of communicating with the instructor during lecture anonymously encourage you to participate more in class?
  6. Do you ever feel the flow of the class is disrupted by questions?

  9. How important would it be to be able to give an instructor feed-back in class of how the class is currently going?
