Jia He
Research Interests
Hi! I am Jia, a second year PhD student co-advised by Professors Ellen Zegura and Mostafa Ammar. My research interests are in Computer Networks, and I am currently working on analysing congestion control methods used by various video conferencing services. Our goal is to understand the different application-layer congestion control methods so we can make better predictions of quality of experience and optimize performance. I am also interested in large-scale Internet measurements as a method of observing how the Internet has changed in recent years.
