Ladies of the Court

Many of the costumes at the Georgia Renaissance Festival were somewhat plain or amateurish, but I was impressed by the finery of these two ladies, so when they stopped to adjust their costumes, I felt it necessary to take a picture. The lady in front (and I couldn't be sure if she was simply being "in character" or was simply teasing) admonished me, saying, "Sir, how dare you take a picture of a lady as she is primping!" I'm pleased with the expression of amusement captured in this shot.
