The Digital Desk
Interaction with documents in two different worlds:
computer <-> paper
VR as an alternative?
- physical tools can be hard to replace (-> paper in offices)
- people 'like' paper
Result: Two desks
- Trade-off: -> The Digital Desk
Aim of the Digital Desk:
Instead of making the workstation more like a desk we can make the desk more like a workstation.
- paper gains electronic properties
- electronic objects gain paper properties
