the type of the new location (map or room).

- Parameters:
- where - The place to which the player should be moved. In the case if mapDisplay each UIActorArea'ss userMover represents a constant place so they always move the user to the same place.

- Tell the mud to move the user and ask the mud to respond with
the type of the new location (map or room). This response
is currently only sent to the player, and not to all logged in players.
