Just wanted to let everybody know that Jen and I have made some updates to
the FCE web pages. We've added a mini-projects page at
http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fce/mini-projects.html
which you can get to from the main projects page. This is a list of small
projects that we're using to attract Hackfest people (and others) to FCE.
Most of the projects listed are fairly short term - just enough to get
people interested without loading them down. Hopefully, people will be
interested enough and will continue to work on a related project. The page
is ordered by size and by relations to projects. If you have any projects
that you want to add to the page, either add them yourself, or mail them to
me or Jen.

We've also added a How-to page, also accessible from the main projects page.
It's at: http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fce/howto/index.html
We've got a lot of equipment and ongoing projects, but there's usually only
one or two people who know how to use or demo each one. And when you can't
find those people, you're kind of stuck. So, we've started a page where we
can put manuals/guides on how to use various pieces of equipment or projects.
If you already have something like this in your project pages, we can just
create a link. But if you don't, we'd like you to create a page that walks
a person through using your project/equipment. I know, one more thing to add
to your long list, but this will save time in the long run. When someone comes
to you asking how to use your stuff, just refer them to the web page. Go
ahead and make the additions yourself if you're an FCE group member, or else
send them to me or Jen.
