I know this is last minute, but I wanted to send the URLs for the paper on
Intelligent Help which I'll be discussing at tomorrow's meeting.

Created as a joint project between the Swedish telecommunications company
Ellemtel and several universities, PUSH is a prototype for an adaptive
help assistant for a specific domain and application - a development
method for telecommunication applications at Ellemtel called SDP. The
system provides an adaptive interface to an existing web-based manual. A
prototype was not available because the application for
which the manual was created is proprietary, but information about the
