Fun with rendering

Well, I got some TIGER/Line data rendered on the Newton. I found out
that I haven't quite extracted the shape lines correctly (the end points
are fine, it's the lines in between that aren't quite correct). I'll
work on that after the Wednesday demo.
At any rate, I grep'ed out Georgia Tech, which is around 50 K. It's
pretty slow, and I think that I'm off center (ie it may need some
more work, I don't think I have it entirely correct).
