I'd consider these all technical or product progress. Give a clear
outline slide at the beginning that lists Product/technical progress
with the main points (training, reqts, high-level des, detailed des, etc.)
and Process improvement (with a bulleted list to show what are the main
points). Something like

Cyberguide Progress

-Technical
- Newton transition (including training, GPS, comms, etc.)
- Requirements doc (SRS)
- ...

-Process Improvement
- scheduling
- status reporting, tracking
- config mgt.

Then you can address these topics in turn. Make copies of your
slides to distribute.

We have been told that we are high on the list to get an e-mate once
it becomes available. No date given. Same story on the MP2000.
My advice would be to assume they are not coming in this quarter.
