In general, excellent job on the preliminary docs this quarter.
Again this week I will be out of town on Wednesday. I will
be around for your meeting on Friday.
I sent out a message last week about a Cyberguide demo during
the BroadBand Telecommunications Industrial Affiliates Day
on Thursday of this week. I would like to have someone from
Cyberguide available to demo the outdoor prototype sometime between
9-noon on Thursday over at the GCATT Building, 2nd floor.
Who is available from Cyberguide to do this? Free lunch for
whoever volunteers.

Melody,
Sorry for my long delay in grading the Cyberguide docs, but
as I told you on Friday, I had no real problems with the documents.
The longterm Cyberguide plan is OK by me. The only problem I
had with it is at some points they use terminology that is not
well defined. They should have a glossary where they define
terms, but I couldn't find it. I think they do have a glossary
because I remember them mentioning it last quarter. I just
couldn't find it from their Web pages. They probably need to
do some more work on organizing the Web pages to make information
easier to locate, though things are much improved.
I'd give them a 95/100 on the long term plan.
The short term plan is very detailed and well documented. Now
we'll see if they complete all of these tasks.
I expect big things from this team this quarter because of their
experience. So far it looks good.
I'd give them 97/100 on the short term plan. No need to revise
it. Just keep the schedule up-to-date.
