o Continued work on QuickCam stuff, we have decided that
we will use a lower resolution so compression is not needed.
o Completed layering code for TIGER data classes.
o Started to look at a coloring scheme for TIGER data.
o The gps code for visual basic will actually read in gps data and
parse the data to produce x y coordinates in the same format required by
Jeff's visual c++ code. There are a couple of error handling issues
however, the code is functional.
