Frames in Cyberguide web page

Many of us use non-frame enabled browsers or versions of Netscape where
frames are still broken (Cyberdog and Netscape 2.0, respectively). Can we
get a version of the Cyberguide home page that doesn't use frames?

Remember, just because Netscape 3.0 has fixed many of the frame interface
problems, they still exist for a huge base of 2.0 users. Besides, there is
no reason why it needs to be frame based (yes, I did look at the page).
Frames should be used sparingly, if at all.

This isn't a flame, just trying to look out for the people who try to find
out information about our projects and either can't because their browser
doesn't support them or have an incredibly frustrating experience because
their broswer poorly supports them.
