TOPICS
======

o Discussed more about the current problems with the GPS we are currently
using. There is apparently a 30 meter variation in location. The GPS
does give bearing and direction, though.

o Jeff showed a proof-of-concept in rendering a map of Fulton county
A Visual C++ program was written to display the TIGER data

o There was a previous quarter which used Visual Basic to communicate
with GPS, which will be investigated

o Analysis documents (informal) due this Friday

Look at old design documents, see what can be reused
Start on requirements doc
See if any information can be found on who prints out the GaTech maps

Do more experimentation with the GPS system
See if there is any prebuilt code that can be used to help filter the
information

Do more on reading and rendering TIGER data
