Purchasing of visualbasic 4.0

We now have a purchased copy of VB 4.0, but there is a catch. It requires a
Win95 development platform even to compile 16-bit. It also is in CD install
form. What this means is that we have the legal rights for the project, but
currently can not use the software in OSL until either we get the NT PC in
there repaired, or we get a different machine with Win95 on it (more than
likely NT should work as well, even though the box recognizes itself as a
Win95 app.)

I was wondering. Is it possible to upgrade one of the two Windows 3.1 machines
to Win95, or are they both reserved for the ET project?

In the meantime, just in case the Win95 requirement is a deterent to keeping it,
I am keeping it in my possesion, unopened. The cost was only $107.00.

I guess we need direction from Gregory on this one. We have several individuals
that have Win95 on personal machines that will be doing VB programming, just no
way to use it on campus with the exception of in GVU, which I still need to look
into.
