I copied the setup document from last quarter and added Jason Hong's
instructions to it. I have not received anything from the delphi group.
These instructions should probably be checked for current accuracy.
The meeting minutes should be fully updated except for the last meeting,
for which no minutes were released.
I am trying to figure out how the project-hours table is supposed to be
formatted.
