Possibly get work on the Map Builder done.
Problems:
Most of the problems have to do with 3 things:
1) Map zooming, there are problems with scaling the person icon, and
redraws of some of the icons
2) Download <- The entire process is more complicated than we thought, looking at Chris Atkeson's code
3) Mail <- Problems with integrating this application with Cyberguide,
totally seperate.
