The faculty decided to downplay the formality of the presentation
and to combine final presentation with demo. We are scheduled to
do the final demo at 12:00pm in the GVU lab. Nancy, please reserve
the GVU conference room for Cyberguide that day.
Other things:
-) Nancy is organizing the final video. Let me know
when to expect that to be available.
-) I never received a list of expected functionality for the Newton
version of Cyberguide. That was to come from Greg Brown. I spoke
with Greg, so I'm not too worried. I have not seen Chris Goodrum.
Chris, you should come see me.
-) My final evaluation for the project is going to depend heavily on
being able to install Cyberguide on the various platforms. There
had better be good documentation as to how to do that. I believe
Rich and Nancy were going to be the testers for the installation
instructions.
-) I want your peer assessments by Wednesday of next week (May 29).
Everyone is responsible for turning the peer assessment in to me
by e-mail. Some of you have been lax in getting these to me. If I
don't get it in time, then you will have to rely on my own assessment
of individual contribution to the project this quarter.
Meeting on Friday, as usual.
Gregory
