STATUS REPORTS:
PC team -> * Implementing the design from the design document
* Positioning tested in the GVU
* HTML viewer implemented for the Librarian module
* Begin adding icons on map for demo day
* Begin communications this Monday
Newton team -> * Message passing from SUN to Newton completed
* Buffer problem in C code fixed
* Begin implementing advanced communications (messages,etc)
* Working on Newton Books, to include advanced features
(contents,etc)
* Working on implementing Cyberguide in proto's (Greg)
Cableing -> * One IR unit completed (Sun)
* Will begin additional IR units for PC's this weekend
* Completed cables for PC's to simulate IR
DEMO DAY:
PC TEAM -> Will demo positioning and librarian module. Map will
have icons that link to demo information.
NEWTON TEAM -> Will demo communication from Newton to Sun, possibly
terminal. If *possible* may have 2 Suns to demonstrate
positioning. May demo standard positioning. Also will
will demo more advanced Newton books.
