Note on meeting minutes/plans

Sorry that last week's meeting notes were so late...
in the future, I do intend to have outlines and notes
posted _before_ the meeting .... and minutes, well, hopefully
not too long after!

One note I did want to make, the meeting oulines are
the notes from *before* the meeting, so some stuff listed
there may not be current (ie if we changed it after the meeting...)
