I believe the document you are referring to is the one done by
Greg Brown and Ben Buie in December. It was largely ignored by
the team last quarter.

Excellent question! There are (limited) directions on installation
in the project notebook from last quarter and that should have pointers
to the latest version(s). I say versions because the outdoor version
was separate from the version with the Newton book information browser.

Sue Long and Rob Kooper have all of the equipment now. Someone from
RWL needs to take responsibility for signing out equipment and working
with Sue to make sure no equipment goes wandering. We need to have
access to a number of the MessagePad 100s Monday of every week for
another project.
