Vegetarian Pasta Dish

The quantities mentioned below are for making one large aluminum tray of the pasta dish. Scale the quantities mentioned below up/down depending on how much you want to make.

What you need:

Now get to work:

  1. Cook the pasta in water until it softens. It may be best to cook at a time, 1 lb of pasta in a dutch oven. Once the pasta softens, add 9 Oz of sauce (roughly 1/3 of a bottle) to it. Transfer the contents into a large aluminum tray.
  2. Repeat step 1, until all the pasta is cooked.
  3. Saute the garlic in olive/linseed oil.
  4. Add broccoli and continue sauteing until it is well cooked.
  5. Transfer the sauted mix to the aluminum tray and mix all the contents.
  6. Garnish the tray with the sliced olives and parmesan cheese (or the Mozzarella cheese) by spreading it on the pasta dish.
(Note: If you use Mozzarella cheese, then cover the tray with an aluminum foil and stick it into an oven pre-heated to 350-degrees for about 5 minutes to let the cheese melt and form a layer on top of the pasta dish.)

Ready to serve!

Bon appetit!

If you plan to serve it later, then please cover the tray completely using aluminum foil.
