Mango Shake
What
you need
- Mango pulp 7 Oz. (recommend Ratna Alphonso Mango pulp available in Indian grocery
stores in 14 Oz. cans)
- Pitted dates 8 - 10
- Almonds (sliced blanched is best) 4 table spoons
- Milk 3 tall glasses
- Sugar 4 teaspoons
Now
get to work
- Pour
all the ingredients into a blender. Use slow start in the beginning
(CHOP, GRIND) and then switch to BLEND
- Blend
for about 1 min until it becomes a good colloidal mix
Ready to serve!
