The manager and technical writer will write the prototype deliverable. The architect, programmer and arch\prog will write the design doc.
The training will be done independently.
All of the coding will be done by the programmer, architect and prog/arch.
The manager and technical writer will make the final changes to the notebook. The writer will format everything for publishing on the web.
