AAAI wants us to complete the allocation of student scholarships for
the robot competition by the end of this month. If you are a recognized
non-profit institution and are interested in receiving student/robot travel
support to Providence this year, I need the following 2 things done immediately.

1) Register as an intended competitor on the web site or if you cannot
use the web registration for some reason, send me the information
(organization, point of contact, event(s)).

2) Send me directly (arkin@cc.gatech.edu) a request asking for support. I will
   subsequently validate that you are properaly registered and then request
   the specifics for the scholarship.

*** I need this information immediately ***. Please monitor the web pages
   http://spbtrc.gtri.gatech.edu/AAAI97/ to ensure that your potential
   entry shows up. Without this information you will not be able to receive
   any of the $20,000 that has been allocated for this.
