For all those who have registered on the web site, AAAI will send out abstract author
packets for 2-page submissions on March 7. The complete 2 page abstract will be
due on March 26 (hard deadline) if you are interested in having a description of your
entry appear in the proceedings. These will be reviewed for content and
appropriateness  by the chairs of the competition and exhibition
(Arkin, Firby, and Yanco). Notice of acceptance will occur within days
and camera-ready copy must be submitted to AAAI Press by April 2. 
Your initial submission should essentially be in final form as there is
no time for any significant revision. Only 20 pages of the proceedings are 
allocated to the competition, so if there are a large number of submission,
not everyone will be included.
