Recall that in the first preliminary trial, there will be only one color for "live Martians" (squiggle balls) and one for dead life-forms (balls and cubes). In subsequent trials, we may increase the number of colors for one, or both, of the life-forms. "Live Martians": 1) First color: Squiggle balls painted Krylon "Ramona Red" (a neon color). 2) Second color: Squiggle balls painted Krylon "Gardenia Green". "Dead Life-Forms" a) The spherical dead life-forms will be "ball pit" balls (those balls found in pits at places like Chuckee Cheese and McDonalds). They are a compressable plastic, almost 3" in diameter. 1) First color: blue 2) Second and third colors: I'm tempted to allow competitors to choose which second and third (if we get that far) colors they want to use. The available choices are yellow, orange, purple and green. "Landing Pen" doors 1) The door for "live martians" will be painted Krylon "Ramona Red" 2) The door for "dead life-forms" will be painted Krylon "True Blue" I'm still working on finding a source for the cubical "dead life-forms". I'll let you know as soon as I know something. Reid
